Galaxy active 3 keeps rebooting cycle

I'm looking for some help with my galaxy smartphone watch. Ever since I got it wet, it's went into the rebooting cycle and won't charge or turn on. I've tried holding the buttons in to reset but nothing. 

 Any ideas or help?
