I have to reset my smartphone and I would like to be sure not to loose anything on my Galaxy Watch 4. Last time I did the same thing I lost everything. I have my Smart Switch backup on Galaxy app backup menu, but I would be sure that backup is also in the cloud (if I reset my phone I'm going to loose also backup). But if I log in to Samsung cloud I read "Personal devices (0)" and "No backup for any device". So where's my backup? Why my watch is not listed in the personal devices? Of course trying to add a new device doesn't work and I'm back to the previous menu. My smartphone is Oneplus 8 pro. Thanks.
