Galaxy 3 Fit Bluetooth Notification sound

Hi there

I have  this Galaxy Fit 3    band  . All is working fine but there is problem with in loop notification sound.

Can this be disabled?   i have only option to quiet it for only 2 hrs.

How to disable SOUND  notification in app ?  or  watch?
