Force Galaxy Watch 6 backup

Anyone know how I force my Watch 6 to back up? It's set up to do it using Smart Switch but there's no Back up Now button on my watch or in the Wearable app on my phone.

mine hasn't backed up since new 2.5 months. Smart Switch installed and settings double and triple checked. Not going to do a reset. I had another issue, got on Samsung chat and they said do reset and it caused a LOT of problems. Lost everything I'd already done to personalize. Why no way to do a manual backup Samsung?

I found I had to force and update on my Watch6 to get the backup to work
