Hi,
I use a Oppo Reno 10 Smartphone and upgraded my Samsung Watch 4 with a Samsung Watch 6 Classic.
The Watch 4 was working/syncing perfect with my Smartphone.
With the Watch 6 I have connection issues.
The Samsung Wearable app gives me the error: Your watch is not connected to your smartphone.
It connects and disconnects multiple times per hour. Side effect is that the battery is empty after 8 hours.
Oppo Smartphone = Up to date with Android 13
Watch 6 = Up to date
Wearable app = up to date
Wearable Watch 6 Plugin = installed
When first using the Wacht 6 I installed a backup from the Watch 4.
After a reset I setup the watch 6 as a new watch. Both have the same problem.
How can I solve this problem?

Thank you for your message. When connecting to a third party device there is always risk of a compatibility issue. For now I recommend you keep updating the Watch and your phone. Also keep checking the Community for update information.
