Hi @Andystuart65 you have not stated which Buds you have. However try putting the buds back in the case and closing the lid,wait until the light on the case goes out (at least 7 seconds ) and see if you can now reconnect. Alternatively reset via the Wearable App,Earbud Settings-Reset. You could also Reset the Bluetooth connection and if you need to reinstall the Wearable App.

@Andystuart65 oh right, you have tried other possible fixes? possibly you may need to get the Buds checked out,may well be the Right Bud though.
