Recently, I have been noticing something odd with my low blood oxygen readings during sleep. It has happened too many times now to be a coincidence. Basically, since January 2024 at least (and possibly before that date; I just haven't investigated that far yet), nearly all of my low blood oxygen readings are for EXACTLY 31 seconds. Those reading tend to be just a single sharp dip, and then my readings go back to normal. However, if I have two dips, it's always exactly for 1 minute and 2 seconds (31 seconds x 2). Very unusual. If I were to estimate, this weird anomaly makes up ~80% of my low blood oxygen recordings across this past year. I'll post examples below showing what I mean. I was using the Watch 6 Classic earlier in the year and have now moved on to the Watch 7 Ultra not long after it was released. I have all health settings to measure continuously, and on the watch, Settings > Device Care > Battery > Limit Health Features is turned off.

Anyone else notice this weird abnormality?

I would simply act on the side of caution @RXM, and make an appointment with your GP and discuss this issue with him or her. It all sounds like a simple technical glitch to me, but don't take any chances with your health. You will feel so much better when you know it is simply something tech orientated.
