You will be more likely to find other users with the same device then troubleshooting the fault to get this working should be easier.

Great, thanks! Please search for the Galaxy Wearable and select Permissions. turn on the permission for the functions that appear under the Galaxy Watch Plugin or Galaxy Fit Plugin. Now turn on permissions in the smartwatch's settings as follows:
1. Press the Home button.
2. Select Settings.
3. Select Apps.
4. Select Permissions.
5. Select the app you would like to enable or disable permissions for.
6. Use the slider to enable or disable app permissions.
You may also need to ensure you have power-saving mode disabled on your watch if this feature is active as this can affect the connectivity to your phone.
