Hi please can someone help me...how can i update my buds plus when my buds wont connect to the wearable app

Uninstall Galaxy Wear and re install them. The buds charger case should be kept open while update is being done.

am i doing something wrong here..the wearable app says my buds are connected but when i go to update them or use the equaliser its says disconnected from bud and nothing happens when i press connect . nothing is highlighted either ..the only thing that is highlighted is the tips...please see photos
