Can't anyone help solve my nightmare?

After being forced to reset my watch (5 pro), it will no longer re-connect to Wearable (also re-installed).

My phone (s22 ultra) and watch go through the process as if it was a brand new watch, but wearable gets stuck at the point where it asks me to sign into my google account. It shows me the name of my google account, then next screen it asks for my email address for it. Then it just says this account already exists on the device, with no other options other than to create a new google account which makes no sense. I'm just trying to re-connect my bloody watch. Been trying to resolve this for 7 hours. Been on Samsung chat support for over 2 hours and 3 different agents and they are clue-less. Has anyone got any suggestions on how to resolve this issue? To me it sounds like a Wearable software/google account communication issue, not hardware. Tia

Hello 👋 @dotdotdot

It might be worth clearing the system cache files both in the watch and phone.

  • Phone > Clear Cache Files from the phone's System Partition Section  > https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-do-i-clear-the-cache-on-my-device/ You may need to insert your earphones or hook upto a powered On Laptop or use a Tv's USB Port to access the Clear Partition Section. This may help with lag or stutters as this clears the phone of old/unused or broken cache files.There is also a Repair Apps option in the Menu System too { Possibly excluding the s²⁴ Series of phone's }

If i can be of any further help please don't hesitate to ask  😎
