Can answer a call from my watch but can't hear the caller?

I can answer a call from my watch but can't hear the caller. Any ideas?

Thank you. Turns out I had it set to mono in my phone. Turned that off and it works. Thanks

Where do you find the ability to turn mono off?

I found it tried it. No change I have the volume to the highest. There is sound but near impossible to hear unless I put the watch to my ear.
