Bug: Cannot completely turn off Exercise Goals and Step tracking

I have no need for this, when I do a workout, they are with full GPS working.

All the step counting and enforced 'goals' reporting stuff does is waste the battery. I need to be able to turn it completely OFF.

Im thinking that samsung never ever looks at these forums, but I see no other way of reporting issues/wishes to them...
