Been using the buds 2 pro for 2 months, but it started draining battery like this, i end up having 30% on the right bud while having 7% on the left one.
I sent them for warranty and they told me that " its a humidity problem so its out of warranty " without any proof. And they just sent it back to me.
(Buds still have around 5 months of warranty)
what should i do ?
*Note: they both charge up to 100%, i did reset and everything possible. I use them both at the same time too. So its the optimal usage condition.
