Buds2 Pro Proximity sensor stop working

The proximity sensor and the touch sensor on the earbud stopped working. It does not detect that I have the right side earbud in my ear. Therefore, you cannot activate external noise reduction or increase. You cannot use the touch functions either. The sensor that recognizes the vibration of the edge of the ear

Well, a reset is woth a try. You don't lose much (i. e. settings) so it's a quick test. If the problem persists, then complain with Samsung.
