Try cleaning buds connection pins, make sure your case is clean too.
Try reseting buds.
Also try :
With buds out and connected, plug in to the case (already charged), then put the buds back in the case, then closed and unplugged (or unplug then close)

And take your ear tips off before sending! They never told me that and now I have a bud without ear tip and cannot use them anymore

Very happy with the buds, the best by far of all Samsung buds. Great sound quality, also, very importantly, they are comfortable and secure in the ear. Highly recommended.
