I'm struggling to work out as to why my buds 2 pro won't connect to the wearables app. They will however connect through Bluetooth as normal.

@Nutter95Where exactly did you buy the headphones ? In most cases headphones that won't connect to the Wearable app mean you have counterfeit product.

I got them on vinted, the box had security seal and cellophane

@Nutter95, As I said it could be not original Samsung product. If you can please post here few photos of the box and headphones itself. You can also verify that in nearest Samsung service center.
