After a Samsung update on 6/13/2025, I get a "Connection Failed" error. Until the update, the Device worked perfectly. The wearable Device has been rebooted and wiped with no success. It was worn less than 20 times and is we'll taken care of.
It's despicable service on Samsung's part to expect customers to pay for repair, considering the issue is caused by Samsungs faulty update, which is a known problem with these devices. The repair cost should be SAMSUNG'S burden!
