Back button isn't working on my Samsung watch. I have cleaned around button and done a reset. Samsung customers service not much help after following above instructions. Tried to book a repair but getting no further than logging fault again customer service no help here either. Its just out of warranty but I would think having paid £300 for a watch it would last longer than 2yrs. Am I better seeing if someone local can fix it instead if Samsung who will probably charge me the cost of a watch to fix it.
