Hi all,
I've seen many posts on the Active 2 "counting stairs", most saying its an old fault which Samsung have never fixed.
My partner bought this watch about 6 weeks ago, now during the lock down we're both counting steps, stairs, etc etc.
However my Fitbit counts the stairs very accuratley, while her new Active 2 is a total loss on how many times she goes up & down, to the point she now wears her Active 2 on one wrist and her old fitbit on the other.
Is their a way of actually getting this watch to record accuratley the amount of stairs climbed in a day ?
