try switch phone off and on again, if still not work , try another sim see that work , also you can try hard reset ,if not then it could be report lost or stolen, so the phone lock up .

my was seal the outer plastic only the box was not seal every thing was still they, I think the reason for the box not seal is because so you can use it as the return box if you need to.

what video player you on about is it youtube or video that you recorded on your phone, if it on your phone maybe it because the video are save in the cloud, you have to download it back to your phone so you can do that.

open your gallery but dont click on any of the album on the gallery, you will see the 3 dot on top right side, click on it you will see setting then click on it you see samsung cloud

the only thing they can hear them self is when you call some one in the same room as you, if not it could be they headphone or Bluetooth head phone have a problem

try different usb cable, if not try clean usb port on your phone or if your pc have bluetooth you can transfers file throught that, also you can do this, on your pc go to devices manager look for usb then right on it then udate your usb port hardware,

is that a tumble dryer you on about, you dont need to but best to empty it after each use, just in case you in the middle of your next use then have to empty it, also it will get water mark if you ketp there for long time

delete some of your picture that you dont want, also if do dont want to put your pic or video to samsung cloud, you can disable that by going to your gallery on top right there a 3 dots click on it then click setting, on the of setting menu your can see sync with the cloud didable it, but remember, if you disable it your photo or video cant be recover if you lost or change your phone, also the share albulm might not work

usually it will auto detect the device you input or collect too, if not then there other way like turn on the device that you connect to the tv on first before the tv turn on then it will usually ask connect this device or hdmi , just click yes

maybe you might get dust build up inside the charging port, use a pin or needle carefully pick out all the fluff and dust in side there, it work for me with all the phone that I have, and even when it not charging,that will do the trick, but carefully not to damage the component, best to switch off your phone befor do it
