That's strange, @Georgio_32! It may be best to carry out a reset of your TV to take it back to the factory settings. You just need to be aware that any adjustments you may have made to the settings of the TV, will be reverted back to the default factory settings. To do this, go to Menu > Support > Self Diagnosis > Reset. Let us know how you get on.

Hi @Mikessnow Have you tried disabling the app? Go to Settings > Apps > Upday > Disable > Disable app.

Hi @HealthApp Is the software on your phone up to date? Go to Apps > Settings > Software update > Download and install. Also, let's try a soft reset on the phone. This will end all processes and give the phone a fresh start. To do this, press and hold the 'Power' and 'Volume Down' buttons until the phone restarts. Let us know how you get on.

Hi @MichalaHamill Thanks for getting in touch. If you had your Samsung Cloud synced with your Gallery, go in to the Gallery app > 3 Dots > Settings > Recycle bin > And you will have the option to recover the photos/videos. Also, if you have Google Photos, check for the pictures in there as syncing this may have moved your pictures from the Gallery to Google Photos. Let us know how you get on!
