Weverse App doesn't show subtitles

I use the weverse app to watch content, and about a week ago the subtitles disappeared. Even though they're turned on in the app, they no longer show up--even for content that used to show subtitles no longer have them. I paid for this content, and it's only a glitch with both my Samsung tvs--subtitles are fine on my devices in the app. Anyone else have the same problem? What can I do to fix it?

No because the app itself is fine on other devices--it's only on Samsung TVs that the issue arises.

I have the same issue!! It doesn’t show subtitles on purchased contents only. So seems like Weverse problem but it works on other device. I asked Weverse and they told me to reinstall app but it didn’t fix the problem.

same here.. about the same time you mentioned. I also uninstalled the app from my Samsung SmartTV, but after reinstalling, it didn't fix the issue

Same here, the subtitles work on my iPad and iPhone, not on the Samsung TV. Has anyone resolved this successfully?

I submitted a help request with Weverse and here's their reply.. 

it's good to know that they're already aware of this issue..  but they're still working on it, so I guess we can only wait

Me too!! I noticed it with PTD vod. None of the purchased media have subtitles on the weverse app on my samsung TV. But I can see them on my phone. I sent something to Weverse weeks ago and got the same reply. Hope they fix it soon.
