About three weeks ago, I bought this TV:

I connected it to the Internet and upgraded firmware to version 1032.
I knew it had playback capability from USB devices and I was hoping to use that a lot. I already had one of these:

It is formatted in FAT32 and I have been using it for some time now, so it is tried and tested.
I also use a 30cm-long USB extension cable, one like this:
I have been using the cable on my desktop PC for years, so it is tried and tested.
My problem is that the TV will disconnect and then connect the flash drive randomly, sometimes during playback, sometimes while I am watching satellite TVs. I thought the flash disk might be faulty and decided to use another USB flash drive:

It is formatted in FAT32 and I have been using it for some time now, so it is tried and tested.
I had the same problem with that too.
Neither of the flash disks showed that symptom on any other computer, so I am inclined to believe that the fault lies with the TV.
Should I send the TV back to service or is there anything I could do?
