HI

I am trying to Pair my Tv and remote Have a BN59-013158 remote. The problem is the info shows I must press return and Play/pause, but which is the play/pause. Pictures sho an icon I dont have on my remote, Contacted Samsung and lo and behold they say pess etc. I still cant get it to work, an ideas?

The model of remote you have listed doesn't require pairing. This is our standard infrared remote. Make sure the infrared receiver on your TV is unobstructed, and also try replacing the batteries if it is registering your button presses.
