I have just bought a UE50TU7100K television and have a number of issues as highlighted below:
Unable to install apps
Unable to access Samsung TV Plus Channel
Terms and conditions, privacy policy states that the internet connection is not stable despite being connected to Wifi
I have tried numerous connections that include HUAWEI 2.4G, HUAWEI 5G and also my own personal hotspot. All seem to connect but can't progress any further. Weirdly, I can watch apps that are already downloaded.
The message that appears reads 'error 102' or 'error 52' depending on what form of connection I use.
I'm unsure whether this is a Samsung issue or my service provider. If the latter, is this also the case for personal hotspot?
Any help would be appreciated.
