Hi @Alghalipi  welcome to the Samsung Community :smiling-face: Can you provide more detail on the issue?  were are you  based, UA tends to be for UAE, whilst we are the uk/Ireland community.  Amyway thsi Tv is a 2102 model and with its age  increasingly likely to experience problems.
