How to watch recorded movie/shows on my Samsung tv on a other device like iPad or similier?

what I recorded on a disk plug in a Samsung tv.  As now I have to watch what I recorded on my Samsung tv.  I would like see it in a tablet/ iPad ( streaming from my tv)

Hi! I've done some digging, and although you can stream from a tablet/phone to a TV, I don't believe it's possible the other way around. Maybe it's possible to connect your "disk plug" to your tablet—what exactly did you use? Also, what tablet?

I am not using anything yet. With my tv provider it is possible. (Nordlys Play before I used YouSee Play) Booth have have a app that can be installed on my iPad and Tablets and from there I can watch recorded show/ movie. But what I need is similier to watch recorded shows)film from my disk witch is plugged in my Samsung tv ( 55" S95C OLED Smart 4K TV (2023)

To protect against unauthorized copying of information, TV programs are encrypted before recording, and the encryption algorithm is unique for each TV set. Therefore, the recorded video can only be viewed on the TV on which it was recorded. You will not be able to view the recorded video even on another Samsung TV, let alone an iPad.
