I keep getting this message appearing on my Samsung Frame TV and cannot work out how to stop it appearing.
It can sometimes keep flashing up every 2-3 minutes which is annoying.
I'm not adjusting anything on my phone that maybe triggering this to go off
Any ideas on what it might be trying to connect to and how to stop it flashing up?

Hiya,
im getting the same issue as well. Worse part is, right after this message appears, i cannot control the tv using my samsung remote control.

Exactly the same message is displayed on my tv word for word. I googled the device name. It’s a type of wireless ear phone. I too have lost all control of my remote and cannot access any menus and controls and am stuck on one channel.

I hope this helps someone out.
i had the same issue where I could only turn the TV on and off with the remote and as soon as the device “LE_ATH-SQ1TW2” connected the remote went unresponsive. The fix that worked for me was reconnecting the remote to the TV by holding down the back button and the play/pause button for 3 seconds. (Photo instructions attached)
i’m still not quite sure why that other device is connecting in the first place but at least my remote is working now.

Thanks! Worked for me too on samsung 32LS03C (2023)
But still a proper response from Samsung is needed. Considering the first post dates from 2022 and it feels like a security concern.

This "LE_ATH-SQ1TW2" is trying to connect to my S24 Ultra, can I unpair this with no negative effects?

When you google “LE_ATH-SQ1TW2” it says that it’s Audio-Technica wireless earbuds. so unless they are your earphones then I would disconnect it from your device.

Thank you. This helped me.
TBH I found it's weird that someone might use this same model bluetooth in nearby my place.
BTW My TV model is Q65C.
