hi
So I bought this new Samsung tv UE55TU7100KXXU, and everything is ok except the subtitle on channels. it doesn't work on channels and its on I turn it on from accessibility but it doesn't work. it works on Netflix, prime and YouTube but it doesn't work on normal tv channels.
please help what should I do?
