My samsung a56 5g is not connecting to my samsung Neo Qled 8k TV when I connect it through smart view. When I connect it the TV goes blank and only the sound works not sure why

Hi @Shafz  It is likely  to be a connection or software issue.  Does this happen regardless of content?  Ensure Devices and Smart View are on latest updates.    sometimes there can be an issue if Bluetooth is activated at the same time.  You could also try  the method of holding the power button on the Tv for around for  5 seconds  until it reboots to see if that makes a difference.   Another idea is to clear the cache in Smart View. Yh regardless of content like when I connect smart view to my upstairs samsung it works but when I connect it downstairs to a TV that's more newer the screen goes blank
