“Smart hub is being updated. Please wait while your apps are being prepared” . I have reset the smart hub but this does not resolve the issue. I have tried apps reset from engineering operations but same issue. I Trued all the process Samsung community suggests but no work . model is UA40J5500.
My tv space shows 1.08 GB, available 0GB.
Please help me how to free my tv space. Note that all my apps are gone. I can’t download any apps due to no space is available in my tv memory. Please someone help me to resolve this issue. Thanks

Same is happening here. No space, only bloatware apps installed
