I reported to Samsung like other users of Diagonal lines which are visible of 65S90D under Sun. Easily visible on Black/Grey contents. I had even shared link of this issue which has been discussed here, which the product team chose to ignore.  This is first issue reported. I bought from Samsung Ireland:

65 S90D OLED, 55 S85D, Q700D & Q800D Soundbar, S23 Ultra, S24 Ultra, Watch 4 classic, Samsung Washing Machine and Dryer.

I report one issue and their true colors are shown.

1. Only visible under Sun on Dark/Grey contents. Clearly told to Samsung CC and in Email. Yet they asked if it is visible when TV is off.

2. Claiming it as a Cosmetic of Physical Damage. I've Home Insurance, and if I had damaged it I would have claimed it.

3. Use Logics - If it was cosmetic line or physical damage why it does not appear on off TV or in Evening?

4. Why so many other users on Redit and EU Community have reported the same issue.

5. I was suspecting they will call it as a reflection. Hence clicked images with Window open.

Never expected them to say it is a case of physical damage.

DISGUSTING RESPONE FROM SAMSUNG UK

Upon checking, the diagonal line appears as a scratch or cosmetic damage on the TV's panel, and we recommend considering an inspection or repair through one of our authorised service partners. We are pleased to inform you that we have local engineers trained by Samsung who can assist you in fixing your TV. Please be advised that the service will be carried out on a chargeable basis as any type of damage is not covered by the TV's warranty. In case you have availed of an insurance or care plan from the retailer or seller, you may separately contact the point of sale as they can book the service on your behalf.
