Samsung TV usb not showing any content

Usb sticks a few days ago playing fine but suddenly now the TV recognises them but no content found. Online support just keep telling me the TV is faulty and take it to a Samsung support centre. I've reset the TV reformatted hard drives etc etc but still the same issue. Any ideas anyone?

I have the same issue along with many others, I have come to the conclusion Samsung has no intention of fixing it. Once my TV dies I will buy another brand.

I got it to briefly work again by resetting the TV and adding an app like disney plus to the memory stick then it seemed OK, but after a day back to the same thing but the TV still runs disney plus off the USB. Think I'll go the same route and go for a different brand.
