Samsung QE65Q7FAM Rebooting and picture problems

As per the attached video.

The set is about 5 years old and I have made sure the software is up to date.

Tech support effectively got me to turn it off and on again! It is an intermittent fault and seems to occur only when first turned on. 

Any help \ ideas greatly received.

Does anyone know roughly how long it takes for videos to be ok'd and uploaded on here?

Apparently it isn't that quick to get videos authorised.

Two days on and no sign of it - any ideas?

Hopefully somebody can advise or make some suggestions as to how to rectify this.
