I have this weird issue on my TV where if I click down a couple of times and go to the apps section on the home page (samsung vision, tv plus, netflix etc.) my screen is frozen and to stops responding to the remote.
It then automatically goes back to what I was previously watching (whatever is in Now Playing). Weird part is it happens on all Home Screen tabs including Live and Apps
I have tried a full factory reset as well and that did not help. Does anyone know what’s happening?

Press and hold the standby key on the TV for 5 seconds – The standby LED
will flash repeatedly.
Immediately as the key is released, press and hold the standby key on the
remote control for 5 seconds – The standby LED will flash repeatedly and the TV
screen will go blank.
Initially, the TV shows the standby LED, after 5 seconds the standby LED
will turn off – If the standby LED remains lit for longer than 5 seconds,
please advise the customer that it will be necessary to start the procedure
again from Step 1.
Approximately 30 seconds later, the screen will turn on with the Samsung
boot logo.
After the Samsung boot logo has been displayed, the screen will once more
turn off for approximately 1 minute.
The TV will then restart for the final time in its initial setup condition.
