Hello all,
Yesterday I purchased a new Samsung 50" TU7020 Crystal UHD 4K HDR TV (Model: UE50TU7020KXXU) in the UK.
I've spotted an issue: There is a noticeable ripple effect that occurs around fast moving objects on the screen. This has occurred when streaming movies and series on both Amazon Prime and Netflix in either 4K or HD.
Does anybody know of a fix for this? Is it because the TV is new, or fairly cheap (£379?) or is there a setting I need to change?
Many thanks for any help,
Alex

Hello,I had a similar problem on my crystal uhd UN55TU. I fixed it by going into image settings, expert settings, and tweaking a setting called Picture Clarity Settings. I hope this helps you.

I’m having this exact issue and it’s so frustrating. I’ve contacted Samsung and have sent them video evidence.
