So this has been my experience. Bought this 77” TV from Costco in 1/2025 and it was delivered on 2/2025. Tv worked a few months then would not turn on. Samsung sent a 2 techs to fix and they arrived and said they could not lift it off the wall (I took work off for this). Had my installers come and take the tv down ($149 to take down and then come back and reinstall) and they came back a week later and “fixed” the tv. Worked for a couple months and suddenly would not connect to the HDMI. My installer's came and tested it with their own devices and cables and it was the tv not the cable or cable box. They scheduled another tech visit and he arrives and says they don’t have the parts. The techs order the parts and come back and “fixed” it. I turn on the tv that evening and same problem! They never even tested it! I no longer even know what to say at this point so I called Costco. They are contacting Samsung now. Why in the world don’t they just ship a new tv, have me put it in the same box and ship it back to them? They can fix and resell as a refurb. This tv has sat for weeks on our living room floor!
