Just purchased 32 inch frame tv, the Bluetooth is very poor hardly any range and cuts out. Have reset one connect box
tried different headphones but just the same. I am no more than 2 to 3 meters away and in line of sight. Only had tv for a week is this a faulty one box or is anyone having same problem.
I connected to my Sony tv and I can move all over the house and keep connection.
Apart from the art I bought this tv so I could carry on working in the same room and watch and listen to tv without disturbing anyone else in the house.
