Hey!
Does anyone know if gaps between the frame and screen panel are normal? In my case I can see the backlight well and it's being nice reflected of the screen. Especially visible in the dark.

I'm having the same problem right now with my Q60R 43" TV.

Hi. Same thing on 55" in all four corners. Does Samsung staff read this? An answer would be appreciated.

I've actually brought my TV to the authorized service and they have replaced the panel. However the new panel arrived with even wider gaps and same pronounced backlight bleed.
But now Samsung support and service center claim its a normal behavior for this type of TV frame.... When I have inquired any kind of technical documentation, which describes this, they declined to comment.
I don't know how Samsung is able to get away with this! I recommend to request a full refund and switch to other brands.

Here’s some of my light bleed.

Mine wasn't bad in the begging as well, but it got worse about a month later.
Sales representative in local electronics store confirmed that most cheap Samsung TVs have bad quality issues: panel gaps, discoloration spots, light bleed and strobing.
