Original Remote Control Reset

hi  2 days ago I turn off the tv by the physic button down my tv QLED42 since that moment my remote control doesn’t work. When I remove battery and I re-put inside open in automatic Netflix, and leds on smart remote continue to flash fast never stop also if I press reset button combination. I try everything that I found online, remove battery and press 60 second the power botton or press back and play bottons together for pairing…nothing work. 
I try to eliminate the app and I try to eliminate cache. Also this don’t work.

help me please 😞

Hi @giamma95  Welcome to the Samsung community

check that the Remote is sending an infrared signal. point the remote at your phones camera  and press/hold the power Button on the Remote. Take a look at the camera's screen, if the remote is sending an IR signal you will see a coloured light coming from the remote control.
