NU8000 not decoding audio

Hi, my NU8000 don't decode HD audio. I have it connected using ARC HDMI with my home cinema system, but when I play BluRay from my Xbox Seris X (no sound) or movies from USB (audio not supported). Is that true that this model has no DTS or DD compatibility and blocks HD audio completely?

Correct, there is no DTS support . You don't state the file type you use with usb sticks but Divx isn't supported, either.

Well, actually this TV plays all my AVI and MKV movies from USB perfectly fine as long the sound isn't DTS. So basically if I buy a soundbar and connect it to my TV using HMID ARC or optical cable, it won't decode DTS anyway? I won't have a sound from my Bluray. The only option is to connect my Xbox to the sound decoder (soundbar or AV receiver) and then to TV?

You can connect all items to the TV and use PCM, although this is only 2.1.
