I've forgotten my parental lock PIN. How can I reset it, please?

Hi. 

My kid managed to figure out the parental lock PIN I'd set for you tube so I changed it. I didn't use it for a while and I have now forgotten it. Can someone please help me to reset it or guide me how to get access again? Thank you
