How do I unplug my one invisible connection?

Hi. I connected my one invisible connection cable to my tv and pressed in the little plastic bit to secure the cable. Now I can't remove the plastic thing to unplug the cable. I've tried to pull it out but it doesn't budge. Anyone with a similar problem? Am I doing it wrong? The tv is q85r.

Hi there! I am having the exact same issue. Unable to figure out how to remove the plastic cover to unplug the cable. Were you able to figure it out?

Hey, this happened some time ago. I eventually contacted Samsung support who promptly sent a repair man to my home. The repair guy casually took a pair of plyers and pulled the plastic thingie out. Took 3 seconds. 

Apparetly it can take more abuse than I thought. 😋
