@Max143  Whilst you have not stated Tv system  I assume you are using Freeview, no 4 in the guide and the +1 channel is 13  https://www.radioandtelly.co.uk/freeviewchannels

Listing for Freestat,   Sky and Virgin also here  for those with these services  https://rxtvinfo.com/sky-channel-list-uk     4 is SD channel, on Sky anyway HD is 138.   However  Sky channels are grouped into HD, +1 etc so can easily be found.  You can also choose own listing order by setting up Favourites. https://www.sky.com/help/articles/using-the-sky-tv-guide     Similar with Virgin https://www.virginmedia.ie/customer-support/faqs-and-videos/virgin-tv/favourites/favourite-channels/

Buy a tv in UK. Get an aerial, plug tv in and tune in. Put channel on channel 4.

Alternatively use the channel 4 app.

Yes the All4 app is an alternative for Catch Up  available for Samsung Tv's from 2016 onwards.   Seem though  can only watch live on other devices, have checked my app on TV.  https://www.channel4.com/4viewers/faqs/all-4/how-do-i-watch-all-4-what-are-minimum-operating-require...
