How can dynamic messages disabled?

Hi all,

I am using a Samsung LED TV (UE65KU6099) with CI Interface since some days.

I get all time such dynamic messages to jump into digital content or apps. How can I disable this function at all?

A Google search brought up these steps.

1. Disable Smart Hub's Autorun Feature

Go to Settings.

Navigate to General, then Smart Features.

Turn off Auto Run Smart Hub and Auto Run last app. 

2. Review and Accept Privacy Updates

Go to Settings.

Select Support.

Then select Terms and Privacy.

Review and accept the updates, according to a Facebook post. 

3. Disable Interest-Based Advertisements

Go to Settings.

Navigate to Privacy.

Then select Advertising.

Turn off Interest-Based Ads. 

4. Check for Store/Demo Mode

If your TV is in store or demo mode, it will likely show recurring promotional messages. To change this to home mode:

Go to Settings.

Select General.

Select System Manager.

Select Usage Mode.

Choose Home Mode. 

5. Potential further solutions

Firmware update: Ensure your TV's software is up to date, as updates may include fixes for ad-related issues.

Ad-blocking DNS: In Network settings, look for IP Settings and DNS Setting. Try changing it to Enter Manually and enter one of the ad-blocking DNS addresses, then save and restart your TV.

Empty browser cache: If you're encountering ads within the TV's browser, try emptying the cache.

Factory Reset: If all else fails and you're comfortable doing so, a factory reset might be an option. Remember to back up any important settings first. 

Important Note: The exact menu options and their locations might differ slightly depending on your TV's firmware version. If you have trouble finding a specific setting, consult the e-Manual for your Samsung UE65KU6099 TV.

@chrswo  Some additional information:

To disable personalised Adverts go to Setings-Terms and Privacy.  in privacy Settings Disable I consent to Internet Based Advertisements.  You may need to also disable it the section specifically named I consent to Internet Based Services where it says Enable to make the content and advertising on Smart Tv more interactive. If there is anything else that  you do not want such as Voice Recognition services you wish to disable that as well.  It may then be a good idea to reset PSID  which is the item at the bottom of the list   (ID for personalised services) you may also be able to go to  Broadcasting-Expert Settings and disable Hbbtv.

It is also possible to blacklist certain domains via your Router's Admin settings  though you might find it a bit more involved.

Hi, something like a "Auto Run Smart Hub" does not exist on my TV... I have disabled Internet Based Advertisements and Internet Based Services at Terms and conditions section - but this does not help.

Also resetting the PSID is not a solution
