Fumes from burnt TV PCB

Our son was playing XBOX and all of sudden we could smell something burning coming from our Samsung TV. Removed the back of the tv, and saw a burnt spot on PCB. How dangerous is to inhale the fumes of burnt PCB? Pic attached.

Please review my recent post concerning a fire incident involving a Samsung television. Samsung appears to be disregarding the safety of consumers, which is deeply concerning. Any products capable of causing such hazards without an effective safety mechanism to shut it down should be subject to a recall. Should you reach out to a moderator via private message, they may propose a 15% discount on a new product as a remedy for the potential fire risk.

I intend to approach trading standards and advocate for the recall of hazardous products from Samsung.
