I get an error 102. I have tried everything in the threats but not working. My WiFi is working well. It is the TV. What can I do???

Hi @BEEkasam You do not name the model but check you have the latest firmware on Samsung support https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/ The 102 error tends to signify an issue with connecting to the Smart Hub server, have you not done so advisable to Reboot your router and Tv by disconnecting from the mains. Wait at least 30 seconds before reconnecting.
You may need to change the DNS server: Go to Network-Network Settings-DNS Settings. Change from Automatic to to 8.8.8.8 or 8.8.4.4. (Google servers) or 208.67.222.222 or 208.67.220.220 (Open DNS)
