Earc

I have a QN85B  tv and  I have an e-arc connection problem,  nothing works, I had technicians trying to help with the issue but, nothing works,  time for samsung start refunding money for this issue.

What is the problem? plug hdmi into earc port of the tv and the other end into earc of sound bar then on tv settings active earc the it should work
