I have just purchased a Frame 50 inch Tv which comes with a free frame. It seems very bizarre that the frame cannot be ordered until the TV is delivered and set up. That means a) I won’t get the experience I wanted from day 1 and b) who am I supposed to get it fitted? Presumably no thought of the customer has gone into the concept of customer service?

Did you purchase it direct frog Samsung or another retailer - either way it doesn't seem like a good experience.

I have a 49" The Frame from 2019 and a 50" from 2020 - both of which I purchased from John Lewis at the time and whilst the free frame was delivered as seperage parcels they were at least delivered together.

If the latest models are anything like their predecessors, then it is really easy to install your frame as they simply snap on.

Personally I would be more worried about the lack of firmware updates, and features not working - remembering the last used app (BBC iPlayer, Amazon Prime or Plex) on both my generations of The Frame, for example, has never worked.

Weeks after delivery I have now been told delivery of the actual frame will take 45 days!!!! Clearly no conception of service
