Code 4001 displayed on screen

Model UE49MU6200

Currently have the following displayed on the right hand side of the scrren and cannot clear it or find anything on Google

Grey tansparent box with 4001 written and also in a blue circle

Did you ever fnd out what this is. I have the same and can't find an answer anywhere. Thanks

I am now having this problem to, tv I brought yesterday is now doing this. Any answers?:)

Try using your channel up and down buttons that took mine away. I still dont know what it meant but it took it away.
